At THARO FARMS, we deal in food and consumable products. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. No Return / No Exchange
- Once delivered, orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
- This applies to all food items including ghee, dry vegetables, chutneys, spices, etc.
3. Eligible Cases for Refund / Replacement
Refund or replacement will be provided only if:
- Product is damaged during transit
- Wrong product is delivered
- Product is defective or spoiled
